Sure Ways to Self-Realization, Swami Satyanada Saraswati  includes a daily Meditation practice.

 

 

500 Hour Certificate

 

 Completion of the two sessions meets the 160 + hours of Core Curriculum requirement.

Area of Specialization and electives can be completed through courses with IYC or other instructors within a year after the Core Training.

Each session $1350

$350 Deposit reserves your space.
